What exactly am I downloading?
An original, self-contained HTML application with the builder, six message templates and instructions. No spreadsheet subscription, API key or software installation is required.
Where is my client information stored?
The downloaded tool works on your device. It does not send your entries to us. Saving uses browser storage, which can be cleared or unavailable. Export a backup file for anything you need to keep.
Does this replace a contract or obtain client approval?
No. It creates an administrative summary and email draft. You review and send it yourself, obtain the client's response, and keep that evidence. Marking an item approved is only an internal note.
Will it work on my phone?
The page adapts to a small screen, but the downloadable edition is designed for desktop browsers. File opening, saving and printing vary on phones. Try the free demo before buying.
Can I share generated documents with clients?
Yes. You can use the tool for your own business and share the documents it produces. The tool itself may not be redistributed or resold.
How do I get help or recover my download?
